Pelosi Overlooks China’s Genocide to Collaborate on Climate Change Initiative

Pelosi announced that despite the tensions between China and the US, we must open a line of communication with them on climate change that will take priority as the “overriding issue”.

She made comments pointing out the human rights abuses – including the Uyghur genocide in Western China – as well as several security threats and economic challenges that are posed by China, but then turned around and claimed that these threats are to be put on hold for climate change.

“With their military aggression in the South China Sea, with their continuation of genocide with the Uyghurs in Xinjiang province, with their violation of the cultural… religious priority of Tibet, with their suppression of democracy in Hong Kong and other parts of China as well – they’re just getting worse in terms of suppression,” the House Speaker said. 

“Having said all of that… we have to work together on climate,” she added. “Climate is an overriding issue and China is a leading emitter in the world – U.S. too, developed world too – but we must work together. We have to have a level of communication – whether it’s COVID, whether it’s terrorism, or whether it’s climate.”

It seems like the Biden administration is cool with just covering their ears and pretending not to see the major human rights abuses and genocide that China is committing because what’s more important to Pelosi is climate change…

The dems are willing to look past genocide when it best suits their interests and they will work with anyone so long as they can push their leftist agenda down our throats. 

The relationship between the U.S. and China has been strenuous ever since Trump declared China responsible for the spread of Coronavirus. 

Since then, the Biden administration has clashed with China over several cases of human rights abuse that have occurred, as well as their aggressive military action in the South China Sea and their intimidation campaign against Taiwan. 

But now, Pelosi has decided that climate change is more important than upholding our own morality as a country, and this decade-long battle will be forgotten under the guise of “working together”.

During his time in office, it’s apparently been part of Biden’s agenda to make stronger ties with Western Nations in an effort to counter China… But we know how well THAT’s going. It’s become glaringly obvious that Biden has failed on all fronts to maintain any relationships with our Western counterparts.
