Since taking office in January 2021, the Biden Administration has sold at least 2 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to UNIPEC… which is a state-controlled China Petrochemical Corporation subsidiary.  Republican lawmakers criticized the administration for this.
