The attorney generals of Texas and Missouri filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration; urging these liberals to use congressional funds that were set aside for border wall construction… so they can finish the job of securing our borders.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt shared their thoughts in the suit. They said in a statement that the dems “broke the law when it stopped all efforts to complete the wall… even though Congress has designated several billion dollars to do so.”
Then they added, “The Department of Homeland Security’s termination of construction contracts is not only unlawful… but it goes against their own research that concluded that the border wall. Actual physical barriers, not just border-security technology is extraordinarily effective in controlling illegal immigration, drug trafficking… and all the costs that go with it.”
This November, the states are looking for a preliminary injunction… to force the Biden administration to begin spending the $3.8 billion budget assigned for the wall construction. The Trump administration already started this project… but the dems halted it as soon as Biden came into office.
The plan and the budget to fix the border are already laid out. The current administration only has to execute the plan.
They can finish it right away if they want to end the border crisis. However, they’re not doing anything at all…
Paxton shared his thoughts about the Biden administration’s incompetence. He said, “The Biden administration’s flat refusal to use funds that have already been set aside by Congress. It’s also wrong, and it leaves states like Texas and Missouri footing the bill.”
Then he added, “I will not sit idly by while this administration wreaks more havoc on our state. This is my seventh border security and immigration-related lawsuit against President Biden. I won’t rest until Texas is safe from the disaster he created.”
Schmitt is also determined to do everything in his power to make Biden take action. He said, “We are going to continue to file lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit. As long as Joe Biden is engaged in this unlawful activity. As long as he is ignoring the Constitution. As long as he is making things up as he goes along. This is a country where we respect the rule of law. We’re going to hold his feet to the fire on it and continue to file these lawsuits.”
He believes that the border crisis could be easily managed, the dems are just making everything more complicated.
“This is a completely avoidable problem, and it lies completely at the feet of Joe Biden. This is his crisis. But if he’s not going to follow the law, we’re going to go to court and make sure he follows the law,” Schmitt said.
These two patriot attorney generals have all the right to sue Biden. This demo-rat and his fellow liberals are basically committing treason. They’re purposely letting millions of illegal migrants enter the US and acting like it’s a good thing. All of them should be punished for their crimes against the American people.
Our country is lucky to have Paxton and Schmitt for doing the right thing of pressuring these twisted dems to take action…
