The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) announced the newest Vaccine rule at the start of November, requiring certain U.S. employers to ensure that all workers are either fully vaccinated by January 4th, or they must be subject to weekly testing and required to wear a mask.
This absurd mandate comes after other announcements made by the Administration that require sectors of business such as the travel industry to have all employees vaccinated by December 4th.
If businesses fail to comply with this new regulation, then they face a potential $10,000 fine, and up to six months of imprisonment for anyone who lies about their vaccination status…
This new rule applies to any business with more than 100 employees; any business that fails to comply could receive up to $14,000 in fines per violation.
Naturally, OSHA is working with the dems on this. As part of their “Build Back Better” legislation, the fines put forward by OSHA could increase upwards to $700,000 per violation.
Biden and OSHA are doing everything in their power to force the hands of people who don’t want the jab by giving them a terrible ultimatum.
OSHA does plan to help companies implement the necessary vaccination and testing programs they might need to accommodate this rule, which is also requiring businesses to provide paid time off for employees to get vaccinated.
Biden claims that these mandates are working, but what about those Americans who still want to make their own decisions? Now they can’t work unless they’re vaccinated?
The mask mandate that was once a form of control over society, has now become a vehicle for punishment for those who don’t conform to the vaccine mandate.

He’s said that he never even wanted to impose vaccine mandates in the first place… “While I would have much preferred that requirements not become necessary, too many people remain unvaccinated for us to get out of this pandemic for good.”
But that’s just another way of saying ‘I want every American to be completely under my rule, and the only way to do so is by Vaccination mandate’.

i dont understand if u want t smoke and kill ur self and other then smoke no mandates, if u want t drink and kill ur self drink no mandates,if u want t drive and maybe kill ur self and others then drive no mandates, if u want t flu shot take it if not get sick or maybe die no mandates, if u want t eat junk food its ur , evechoice what t eat no mandates, everything u do in life is a deciision.
Biden’s “mandates” smell worse every day. So he is only trying to protect the citizens from the dreaded virus up to the point of demanding every CITIZEN be vaccinated and that includes infants. Now we all know infants will be much more susceptible to injury or even death from the vaccine than from the virus – IF they were to become infected. But he isn’t concerned with our welfare enough to close the borders and return to Trump’s rules for entry. Nope – not old Joe. He insists on allowing anyone and everyone into our country including the sick, infected, criminals or whatever else makes it here. And that is where the smell comes from – his attitude toward all illegals – come on in – versus his attitude toward Americans – fines, penalties, harassment. I am convinced there is more to his mandates and his vaccine than we know. Lots more.
