Parental Rights in Education Law Takes Effect in Florida

A few months ago, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis fought for the Parental Rights in Education Law. This legislation bans schools from giving classroom instruction on “sexual orientation” or “gender identity” from kindergarten to third grade.
