If you listen to the media, New York governor Andrew Cuomo is a hero who single-handedly steered the city through COVID, whose governance saved millions.
Ask any real New Yorker, and you’ll hear a very different story.
With over 40,000 victims of the pandemic across the state, New York is just behind New Jersey (also governed by a democrat…) when it comes to the death rate.
That’s just a fact. There’s no way to spin that positively. While Cuomo’s ego means he’s just fine with boasting about his handling of the crisis, even going so far as to write a book boasting about the ‘leadership lessons’ it taught him, there’s really nothing for him to be proud of.
By sending COVID-positive patients back into nursing homes, Cuomo sealed the fate of thousands, with researchers still trying to find out how many deaths the policy caused.
Instead of listening to his leadership lessons, there’s just one thing to learn from Cuomo – just how far the liberal media will bend the truth to protect their friends.
With Cuomo’s brother, Chris Cuomo, comfortably sitting as presenter for a major CNN show, it’s no surprise that the media are refusing to say anything bad about Cuomo, not matter how disastrous his policies get…
