Arkansas legislators gave their all to fight the dem’s forceful mask mandates.
A few months ago, they created a law that banned mask mandates. Republican Gov. Asa Hutchinson even signed the bill to show his support. He said, “These bills confirm my position that there should not be a COVID-19 vaccine requirement… as a condition of employment in the state government. It does make certain exemptions. It specifically exempts private businesses so they can make their own decision.”
As expected, the bill received some serious opposition…
Pulaski County Circuit Judge Tim Fox issued a preliminary injunction against the law that Hutchinson signed. He said that the law against the mandates cannot be enforced in any shape, fashion, or form.
Despite all that, Hutchinson continued to fight against the forceful mandates.
It was an excellent sign to our patriots in Arkansas. Unfortunately, it didn’t last that long…
Hutchinson suddenly changed sides. He even said that he “regretted” that he signed the ban on mask mandates.
“In hindsight, I wish that it had not become law. But it is the law, and the only chance we have is either to amend it… or for the courts to say that it has an unconstitutional foundation. I knew the legislature would override it if I didn’t sign it, and I had already eliminated our statewide mask mandate. Everything has changed now,” Hutchinson said in a conference.
Right now, Hutchinson is facing heavy opposition from his fellow Republicans…
Now, we’re having doubts whether Hutchinson can lead Arkansas or not. From the looks of it, he’s thinking more like a dem. Is he going to become another one of those RINOs that we despise?
There’s also a chance that Hutchinson is one of the reasons why the ban on mask mandates is not doing well right now…
The Arkansas Supreme Court said recently that it would not allow the state to enforce its ban on mask mandates… both in schools and government bodies.
In a one page-order, justices disapproved the state’s request of blocking the enforcement of Arkansas’ mandate ban. More than 100 school districts and charter schools approved the mask requirement. As of now, it covers more than half of the state’s public school students.
Hutchinson shared his thoughts as the patriots in Arkansas lose their freedom…
He said, “I am gratified with the Arkansas Supreme Court ruling allowing the decision of Judge Fox to stand. Judge Fox determined the law was unconstitutional… and allowed local school districts to make their own decisions on masks.”
Republican Attorney General Leslie Rutledge said she was disappointed with the ruling. “I will wholeheartedly defend Arkansas law as this appeal progresses,” she mentioned in a statement.
Our fellow patriots are losing their trust in Hutchinson. It’s sad to see him become more liberal-minded right now. He’s taking away the freedom of the people in Arkansas…
Masks are just a means of controlling the masses. These twisted dems only want to let us know that they’re in control of us.
