Spending time with any liberal family members this Christmas? It happens to us all.
So before the inevitable arguments start, you might want to be prepared to stand your ground and win the debate.
Here’s a few of the most common liberal arguments to expect at the dinner table – and how to prove them wrong.
You know how Christmas goes. Whether it’s your child, a cousin, a surprise guest, someone always turns the conversation onto politics – and never stops.
Sure, there’s nothing wrong with debate – but I for one have never wanted any of that at the Christmas table.
So here’s how to shut down three arguments you might expect to hear this holiday season:
1: Arguments About Trump
Is someone at your Christmas gathering upset that you still support President Trump. Not surprising, given what the media’s said about him.
The fact is, no matter what they say, you can turn it on them – pressure them into defending someone who’s done exactly what they accuse the President of.
In pretty much every case, there’s an exact parallel in the dems (and it’s almost always Joe Biden).
With his family under investigation for fraud and corruption, sexual assault allegations, barely cohererent speeches, and far more, Biden’s exactly what they accuse Trump of being – make them admit it!
2: Dems Want to Help
Most liberals still think the dems want to help make the world better.
No chance – just take a look at the recent relief bill. While President Trump demanded bigger checks, the dems decided $600 was enough, then tried to claim the credit.
The mainstream democrat party refuses to listen to anyone who doesn’t share their exact same views.
Take them back to the primary, and point out how they cheated Sanders – exactly like President Trump said they would! The second it looked like Sanders could win, Obama made some behind the scenes calls, and everyone dropped out to support Biden.
You don’t have to agree with Sanders to see what happened there – ask your guest why the party fell in behind an incompetent failure like Biden instead of letting things happen normally.
3: The Biden Supporter
So they voted for Biden – they think he’s the greatest man alive.
They’re wrong, of course… and you can use Biden’s own words to prove it.
If they think Biden’s about to fix the world, point out what he told his big-money donors: ‘Nothing would fundamentally change’.
Of course, can’t forget about all the people Biden told not to vote for him.
Anyone who cares about the environment – Biden said ‘go vote for someone else’.
Anyone concerned about deportations – Biden said ‘you should vote for Trump’
Anyone who claims to be a feminist, and believes the sexual assault accusations against Biden – Biden said ‘you probably shouldn’t vote for me’.
In other words, Biden doesn’t even want his supporters – maybe they should have listened!
