South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed the state Senate Bill 46. It is an act that bans transgenders from participating in women’s sports. The bill is the strongest in the nation so far for protecting women’s sports.
On average men are bigger and stronger. They have a competitive physical advantage over women. So it’s unfair for men and women to compete against each other in official sports events.
It hurts their chances of winning championships, getting scholarships, earning a medal at the Olympics… or just enjoying the fair spirit of the game.
Noem shared her thoughts during an interview on Fox News. She said, “This is about fairness. This is about making sure that our girls have a chance to be successful, to compete, to win scholarships, [to] potentially go on to play professional sports beyond that. We want them to have the opportunity.”
We remember Noem as one of the most proactive patriots who regularly visit the border. She’s one of the few leaders who continues doing everything in her power to do something about the crisis.
She also fought bravely against Dr. Anthony Fauci’s hypocritical claims last year. At that time, the liberal doctor was becoming politically biased toward our patriots. He was pushing that the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota was a “Super Spreader” of Covid… even if Fauci himself was involved in the origins of the virus.
Gov. Noem is one of the most competent patriot leaders out there fighting for fairness…
She was also interviewed by Jesse Watters Primetime to share more about her advocacy. Noem said that athletes can take part depending on the sex on their birth certificate. The governor said, “Girls will have a level playing field. They’ll get the chance to compete only against other biological females… as reflected on their birth certificate.”
Noem also acknowledged that biological sex plays a big factor in sports. She added, “We recognize there’s a lot of different competitions such as academic debate speech that your biological sex isn’t that much of a factor. When it comes to sports here in South Dakota, our K12 system, and our college-level… we’re going to ensure that those girls have a chance to compete.”
Then the governor assured that the bill won’t let trial lawyers create new litigious opportunities that will benefit them. Noem said, “It doesn’t create a trial lawyer’s dream [of] creating a lot of new litigious opportunities. What it does is it says, ‘Yes, I want an opportunity to play and it gives them a chance to challenge that school district to be a part of that team.”
As always, Noem is doing a really good job of promoting fairness for the people in South Dakota. Her efforts even caught the attention of the dems like White House deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.
The demo-rat is currently using her influence to mislead everyone by saying that Gov. Noem is attacking the LGBTQ community with her bill…
Here’s a start for you, Governor. 1. Don’t advance policies that attack trans youth, 2. Don’t fund ads attacking LGBT youth, 3. support @POTUS’ agenda to enhance support for youth mental health needs, with funding made available through the American Rescue Plan. https://t.co/FQLV0pYIsk

The liberals giving Noem unpleasant public remarks means that she’s doing something right. Bad media coverage from the dems always happens to patriots like Gov. Ron DeSantis and President Donald Trump as well.
Let’s just hope that Gov. Noem will stay strong and be consistent in promoting fairness in South Dakota. Our fellow patriots are proud of her!
