Kari Lake, a Republican, backed by President Trump, has recently won the Republican primary for Arizona governor. The race between Kari Lake and Karrin Taylor Robson was close, with Lake having a lead of fewer than 12,000 votes.
Lake said after the results were announced, “Though the results took longer than they should have… Arizonans who the establishment has forgotten just delivered a political earthquake.”
Lake worked as a journalist before pursuing politics. Most recently, as an evening anchor in Pheonix. She is also a vocal advocate of the 2020 presidential election fraud.
President Donald Trump commended Lake in a post on TRUTH Social. He said, “Kari Lake just declared WINNER of Republican Primary in Arizona. She will be a GREAT GOVERNOR!”
During Lake’s campaign, she promised that one of her advocacies was eliminating electronic counting machines… and moving to “one-day” voting. Right now, the newly-elected Patriot leader is on the move to make things happen. Here’s what Lake is up to:
Supporting Trump-Inspired Curriculum
Lake wants the state’s school children to learn from a curriculum inspired in part by Trump. She said, “We want a curriculum that makes sense. We want a curriculum that sets our kids up for success. I believe in the Hillsdale College curriculum.”
The Patriot leader favors a history and civics curriculum developed by Hillsdale College… which is a private Christian school in Michigan that is influential in right-wing circles.
Hillsdale College President Larry Arnn was the chairman of former President Trump’s 1776 Commission. She supports what Trump calls “patriotic education.” Moreover, a Hillsdale dean was the commission’s executive director of the movement.
Kari Lake is starting by helping to shape our children with a curriculum that can pass our conservative ideals to children.
Fixing Water Supply Issue in Arizona
Moreover, Lake believes securing the state’s water supply is a top issue. The Patriot leader shared her thoughts on KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show. She said, “We must have a comprehensive plan to address that problem. We’re going to see big cuts to agriculture — that means cuts to our food supply chain — that we just can’t afford right now.”
Kate also plans to expand the storage capacity of rivers. She said, “We need to build out some of the wells and canals for groundwater and, frankly, invest in more storage capacity on the Salt and Verde [rivers].”
Then she added, “We can look at piping water in from river basins around the country. That is not a pie-in-the-sky idea, but we have to get on it, and we have to get on it now.”
Doing Something About the Borders
Lake also promised to declare an “invasion” at the southern border… if elected to lead the state in November. It is one of the most aggressive moves she intends to take to fix the raging migrant crisis… that the dems often ignore.
The conservative leader said on Fox, “This is the biggest invasion we’ve ever had on our homeland since the founding of this country. And so we’re going to call it what it is.”
One thing is for sure. Kari Lake is a leader that America needs right now. Our patriots will be here to support her along the way.
