Our patriot leaders in Texas continue to fight for their advocacy of saving children’s lives. The Abortion law bans pregnancy termination… after approximately six weeks of gestation.
Texas Governor Greg Abbot is one of the biggest supporters of this law. He said, “Our creator endowed us with the right to life. Yet millions of children lose their right to life every year because of abortion.”
Our patriot leaders in Texas were able to lessen abortion in the state to nearly 60% last February. But despite this progress, they also faced opposition from the liberal-minded people:
- Clinics and abortion providers in Texas attempted to sue the law
- Attorneys for abortion providers argued if agencies discipline doctors who violate the law
- The DOJ filed a lawsuit against the Texas abortion law
The dems may be persistent in stopping our patriot leaders from saving children, but all these objections aren’t enough to stop them.
Patriot Leaders in Texas Triumph Over Objections Against Abortion Law
This March, the Texas Supreme Court ruled against abortion providers in a federal challenge to the state’s abortion ban. It essentially shut down the last chance to stop the law.
According to KVUE, the law is enforced through civil lawsuits. Right now, people won’t be able to sue the state over the law’s constitutionality… since the state doesn’t enforce it.
Attorney for the Center for Reproductive Rights Marc Hearron shared his thoughts on this matter. He said, “There is nothing left. This case is effectively over with respect to our challenge to the abortion ban.”
There are still a handful of pending lawsuits challenging the abortion bill. But as of right now, this law remains in effect.

Other States also Fight for the Abortion Law
Several States are also pushing the abortion law with the help of our patriot leaders. They’re determined to save children’s lives and do what our leaders in Texas are doing about abortion…
In Idaho, the House of Representatives also passed a bill banning abortions… after six weeks of pregnancy. The bill was passed with a vote of 51-14. Now, it’s heading to Republican Governor Brand Little’s desk for his signature.
Patriot leaders in Tennessee are also introducing another abortion law this March. It’s almost identical to the abortion law in Texas. It doesn’t only prohibit doctors from performing an abortion after six months of pregnancy… but it also allows citizens to file civil lawsuits against anyone who helps with aborting a child.
While in Kentucky, Republican lawmakers in Kentucky continue advancing their abortion law. Several GOP members are pushing for an abortion ban after 15 weeks of pregnancy. This movement is modeled on abortion law from Mississippi.
All these efforts from the other states are proving one thing…
Our patriot leaders’ advocacy of saving children’s lives continues to grow. The twisted dems will not easily stop our leaders from giving the children their future…
